Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns are accepted for damaged items. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo of the damaged item when you contact us. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

 

Wrong Size Exchanges

 

Need a different size? We accept exchanges for size-related issues. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and returned with the original tags and packaging. Customers requesting an exchange should contact us to arrange the return and replacement process.

 

Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive the wrong item, please send us a photo of the item you received. Orders shipped incorrectly by Big Slaw Apparel are eligible for either a replacement or a full refund.
