Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In their original condition
Free from stains, odors, or damage
Returned with original tags (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized products
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.
Return Process
Email us at bigslawsapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
